Mark Muñoz shows off martial arts skills at public workout

Giving tips in between every maneuver with his training partner and Balls channel’s own Program Marketing Manager Chris Wong, Muñoz encouraged guests and Mixed Martial Arts fans to imbibe the five D’s, Desire, Direction, Diligence, Discipline, and Dedication, in order to achieve every goal inside or outside the cage.

He also invited fellow Pinoy fighters to train with him. “I will try my best to help you with every single move I know,” he said.

Muñoz also met up with his fans for a quick meet-and-greet session and signed premium Team Muñoz merchandise. To add to the action, program hosts Boom Gonzalez and Mia Cabalfin ran a contest among fans who can best demonstrate Muñoz’ “Donkey Kong Punch”.

The Filipino fighter has returned to the United States to continue his training for his upcoming fight on July 6 where he will face Tim Boetsch in UFC 162.

The Mark Muñoz in Manila All Access will air on Balls Channel (SkyCable ch. 34 & Destiny Cable ch. 36) on March 31 (Sunday) at 8:30 p.m. Balls has previously brought to the Philippines other premier UFC fighters such as BJ Penn, Chuck Liddell, Brandon Vera, and Georges St-Pierre.
