‘ASAP’ turns 19

“ASAP 19” welcomes 2014 with full of world-class performances and production numbers this Sunday (January 5) as it celebrates the 19th anniversary of ABS-CBN’s longest-running, top-rating, at trending musical variety show.

Aside from its New Year treats, “ASAP 19” will also throw an all-star tribute for the broadway diva Lea Salonga, who is celebrating her 35th showbiz anniversary. ASAP Kapamilya’s salute to Lea will be made more special by the members of the ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra.

ABS-CBNmobile helps Yolanda survivors in their journey to recovery

ABS-CBNmobile announced it is giving away 100,000 SIM cards for free to the survivors of Typhoon Yolanda to help them connect and communicate with their loved ones.

The announcement was made at ABS-CBN’s “Tulong Na, Tabang Na, Tayo Na! An All-Star Benefit Concert” aired on ABS-CBN Sunday night (Nov 17) by actor Piolo Pascual, who also appears in the TV spot along with ABS-CBN stars John Lloyd Cruz, Bea Alonzo, Kim Chiu, and Enrique Gil.

‘Ganito Kami Noon, Paano Kayo Ngayon?’ HD now showing in select cinemas

Filipino viewers can now watch the multi-awarded Filipino historical drama “Ganito Kami Noon, Paano Kayo Ngayon?” in clearer and better high definition (HD) format as its digitally restored and re-mastered version hits theaters this week and will be shown in seven cinemas in Metro Manila.
